This is Oni F. I’m so incredibly thankful to have found this place and even more grateful to have had the help of Victor! He has helped me more than once with my vehicle and I request him every single time. His communication is top notch!! He takes his time to make sure every detail is attended to. Victor needs a raise!! He’s one of the best agents there :) Victor was able to get things moving faster than my own case manager, this place is lucky to have someone like Victor working for them and I hope that (god forbid) if I ever get into another incident, I get the pleasure of working with him again!

I had a great experience here at Service King. They handled everything with my insurance and were able to fix everything on my bmw 328i. I was out of there before the expected pick up date and they also gave amazing customer service. Hopefully I don’t have to come back soon, but if I do have another collision this is where I’m coming.
