I had a great experience they made things easy for me. I selected this shop after a car accident I wasn't at fault for to do the repairs. Francisco was my tech and gave great customer service. He even returned my rental car for me to enterprise. I just had a baby so the extra care and consideration went a long way !
I went to caliber collision with an 8 AM appointment to have an estimate done on my front bumper. I was greeted by Vanessa Escobar and the service was outstanding by Vanessa and all of the staff at caliber collision on N. 5th St. My issue was only a few pins that have popped out the bumper. They were quickly resecured, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Excellent job caliber thank you all so much. I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Nth 5th street and thank you Vanessa so much.
Please be aware before dropping off you car here, Make sure to take pictures/videos before drop off. So glad I did. Terrible experience!! They will go back and forth with you until the manager gets involved. Unfortunately I am at fault for giving the benefit of the doubt to a service advisor Francisco that said since it a BMW you can’t get away with things unless it’s a Corolla. At the time of pick up I wasn’t fully aware of certain damages to the trunk mold. I came back the next morning since at the moment I wasn’t fully sure things weren’t like that it had seemed normal until I looked back at pictures I took. When I asked if they had took pictures of my trunk Francisco dated No but then went ahead to get the manger as they’re in their office I could clearly see him look at a picture of the trunk without the damages. I was reminded I was okay with the car upon pick up, well I wasn’t once was able to check with my wife who opens the trunk of that car more than myself, the car being backed in didn’t help. To come back to discuss rather than solve the issue until the manager was involved definitely did not sit well with me. If you’re associated with State Farm please save your self the troubles of un accountable work, instead of owning their wrongs they pointed out all my car flaws and stated my car had prior work when I’ve owned the vehicle with no prior accidents at all. As if I was supposed to be okay with their wrongs. The lack of accountability for their actions of breaking my mold was not highlighted as they highlighted every negative on the car. New parts were order and picked up but not once was I offered an apology or at least the acknowledgement of their wrongs. Super disappointed in choosing this caliber collision shop!!
Great customer service! Francisco was very professional and gave me timely updates on the status of my vehicle. He answered every question I had without hesitation. Overall a smooth process and highly recommend him and the shop!
