Horrible customer service. I walked in expecting them to explain what was going to happen and they didn't even do that. They make you sign papers right away without talking to you first about the processes. Yes they repaired my car, but I came home and noticed scratches that I didn't have on my car prior to dropping it off with them. I had multiple phone calls with them in regarding the estimate date they'd return my car and they were very dishonest in that aspect. I can deal with bad customer service but the fact that there were scratches on my car really disappointed me.

I am going to be 100 percent honest. If you want below good work, with the chance that you might have to deal with new problems later on then get your car fixed here. Replaced front bumper, and painted. Paint job is C- grade, missing clips on the panel and part of it is currently sticking out because they did not align well. When i picked up the car, the emblem on the side of the car was attached very poorly asked for them to do it right , now it attached but definitely not a professional job. They don't like if you point out the work that is done poorly. They tried but they are not great. You can tell you just slap stuff together and dont care about the actual details that matter for functionality.

I had a great experience they made things easy for me. I selected this shop after a car accident I wasn't at fault for to do the repairs. Francisco was my tech and gave great customer service. He even returned my rental car for me to enterprise. I just had a baby so the extra care and consideration went a long way !
