What a pleasant surprise it was to find someone like Vlad to help us to sort out our computer problems. Superb quality work for a very reasonable price! He retrieved all the data from the broken hard drive, fixed the computer and in fact drastically improved its performance . He saved us lots of money not only by fixing computer hardware but also by installing the better software for everyday use and by opening our eyes on the ways to save by optimizing our choices of software. He picked up and delivered the computer to our place and finished the job late on Sunday without charging any extra premium for working on weekends. Simply amazing quality, professionalism and diligence which is a very rare find these days. Thank You Vlad!

My laptop is old, and many people said to just get a new one, but he gave it new life and saved me hundreds of dollars by doing so. Vlad was very professional and helpful, upfront about his costs, and always responded to emails promptly. This will definitely be my first choice for computer repairs in the future.
