We are extremely happy with Alireza of IT-F1.Ca services. In June-2025, my husband's iPhone got infested with virus. He couldn't use is phone and had lost all of Apps, contacts, emails, and messages. Alireza arrived within a couple of hours and got it all fixed in a little less than an hour. My husband was thrilled to get all his contacts and messages back with Alireza's help. We have used Alireza's house services since Covid. He is very knowledgeable on all kinds of high-tech gadgets. He knows his stuff. Over the past few years, he has repaired our old computer, setup a new computer (a complete package), and lately fixed the iPhone virus issue. Ali is fantastic. I had bought a new computer (Macbook pro to run Parallels Desktop and Windows) and after my work tech support and software support had failed to get things coordinated and working after more than a week (!), I decided to find someone who could come to my home and sort things out. The online reviews for Ali plus his location in the West End convinced me to call him. He came over right away, did some work at my house, took the laptop away and was back a day or two later with all working smoothly. I had some follow up issues with a printer set up that he also fixed right away. His fees were fair and his service is impeccable. Highly recommended and a relief to know he is there to assist with any future tech issues. In addition to this, he is a very nice guy.
