He opened the box and explained exactly what the roadblock was, and how it could be addressed. I went to this shop to ask about soldering a battery from my iPod Nano 5th generation, and the attendant Jaz and another coworker were extremely helpful. They explained clearly how much it would cost and all the difficulties involved in doing such a specific job. In the end, I decided to try doing it myself, but I’m very grateful for the attention and customer service they gave me. It’s rare to find someone willing to deal with this kind of detailed and delicate soldering, and his professionalism and patience really stood out. Highly recommended!
