we were having a lot of trouble with another company and they kept delaying when they would fix our water and we ended up going almost a month without water. we finally called 615 plumping and not only were they extremely kind but they came and fixed our water the same day we called and asked! they were basically on their way as soon as we hung up the phone. thank you so much for helping us and having such a kind staff!!
Called because I need a flange for my toilet. They set an appointment that same day. The sent Caleb, he was very informative, pleasant and very professional. He gave me more than one option of what needed to be done to fix the problem. He answered any question I asked him. He did an excellent. Thank You Caleb! I would recommend 615 Plumbing!
Very displeased with the cost and results of my experience with 615 plumbing. Paid $890 to have a shower handle replaced which I was assured would solve the issue. Within a few days the connector stripped and when they came back they suggested replacing the whole valve for $2700. When I asked to have the previous cost applied to the service they said no but they’d take $500 off. Those prices are high and after the first experience I do not trust the skill of the technicians.
Nick was friendly, gracious, and helpful. Anne was also helpful over the phone and contacted a manager for my question. I never felt taken advantage of, or even pressured. I recommend this business. They care more about keeping loyal customers by providing fair honest service instead of squeezing cash out of you like some others.
Guy name Caleb stop by and finished job done quickly as possible and being friendly was awesome. He is great guy to work and I would trust this guy to be at my old parents house and would’ve feel safe when I’m not around. Price little bit high but still Great job done.
