Don’t give him a deposit .— all his reviews are fake. He asked for a deposit, and I paid him $80. After one day, he called and told me to pick up my 50 inch lg tv because he couldn’t repair it. He also refused to refund my money. he have lots of problem because he not honest i just west my time and money worst person Very bad experience. He uses low-quality replacement parts.

My mother lives in Hamilton. I called A-1 TV Repair. The technician came and checked the TV, and I paid him $100 because he said he needed to buy parts. The next day he didn’t come. I called him and he said he needed one week. After one week, I called again and he said he couldn’t find the parts. I asked for my money back, but he refused and told me to keep waiting. He is cheating me.

A-1 TV is a 100% refreshing journey of excellent customer service. The owner, Paul, is an electronic wizard. He came to my house, diagnosed the problem and then took my large flat screen to his shop. Two days later it was back on the wall working perfectly. He also brought down my upstairs TV, and installed it temporarily until the other was fixed. (Who does this? 👍👍) Thank you, Paul.
