I've been here a couple of times. Once for my cell phone and once for a laptop. Service is friendly, communication and results are excellent. Turnaround for both items was quick and as agreed. Prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend.

I went in with my son's iPhone... Zidane was incredibly helpful he took the phone in diagnosed it let me know how much it would cost to repair The motherboard and did it quickly and efficiently. He is super friendly fellow and worth your time 100%... There was no beating around the bush I even asked him if it would be better to get a refurbished phone from him or to just fix it and he told me to just fix it there was no need to pay the extra money for the refurbished phone that he totally could have upsold me on... Thank you again It was a pleasure... As we joked in store hopefully I don't have to see you again anytime soon lol thank you phone fact.

I had my Apple Watch Series 5 battery replaced at Phone Fact and the experience exceeded expectations. Despite seven other shops refusing service because the watch was considered “too old,” Phone Fact had no issue taking it on and doing the job properly. The repair was completed professionally, efficiently, and without cutting corners, and my watch was fully back in working order within about 40 minutes. I really appreciate the willingness to repair rather than push e waste. Throwing away perfectly fixable tech is terrible for the planet, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who clearly values proper repair and sustainability while still delivering high quality work. The shop itself had a great vibe. It smelled clean and pleasant, had a comfortable atmosphere, and even offered a free coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and they were more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understood everything. Phone Fact currently sits at a 4.9 star rating, which honestly should be a full 5. The lone 1 star review appears to come from someone who has a clear pattern of leaving 1 star reviews across hundreds of businesses, which does not reflect the service I received at all. Highly recommend Phone Fact to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and professional repairs.

Went in for headphones Last week Thursday had a worker scan the 3 they had white $150 Black was $50 Wire were $15 Go in less than 5 days later to purchase headphones the black ones were $84 $30 more than I was willing to spend. The worker took his time I missed the bus. Made excuse after excuse not to give me a refund. “Oh that worker doesn’t work here anymore” why- why did you fire someone before Christmas “Oh I have to call my manager” when he said he was the manager. I wouldn’t go back not after the mix messages for products. To the blant scam that happened in front of my face OH and I did NOT get a receipt even though I asked for one- I have little faith in these headphones

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop! Not only did they fix my phone quickly and professionally, but they also went above and beyond by helping me with the documentation I needed to resolve an issue with a big box company. Their customer service was outstanding — they took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my phone and what needed to be done to fix it. I really appreciated their honesty and fairness; I feel their prices were more than reasonable for the quality of service I received. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs or honest, knowledgeable service.
