Not terribly impressed. Brought my laptop in to have it diagnosed. The hard drive was damaged. That's fine. Decided to upgrade to a new computer. He asked me on the phone if I wanted new or used. I said new. When I went to pick it up he said oh this is used... No breakdown of invoice, and the laptop I have now has a faint line across the screen... Think I paid more than the laptop was worth...

Needed an urgent repair on my 2024 Macbook Pro as the screen was broken and I needed it for school within 2 days. Krunal is incredible and very knowledgeable, he revived my iPad with very reasonable cost compare to other electronic repair shop. I would highly recommend this repair store in Hamilton for all your electronic Gadgets.

Best device repair shop in Hamilton. I had a great experience working with Krunal. He was very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had. My PC had stopped turning on and he managed to fix it. I would recommend this to anyone that needs their devices repaired.
