All the Google reviews are accurate. Mike is an excellent guy. My kid’s laptop screen was damaged . Upfront thorough explanation assessment, pricing and pickup date was explained by Mike. Very professional at his job and a great customer service.

I got a lenovo laptop battery replaced here recently under lenovo warranty and it was pretty nice. The staff is friendly and answered all my questions. The laptop did take 3 weeks to fix which felt like a really long time but it works perfectly fine afterwards with no problems so I think it was worth the wait.

I can’t state enough how incredibly fantastic this shop is! All of my experiences, past and present have been extremely positive. On my last visit I worked with William, who was very friendly and efficient, took all the time he needed to answer all the questions I had about the work I was having done. Fast and efficient! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has need of computer support or repair. And I love the two dogs at the front desk, they’re always such a lovely welcoming committee.

All the positive reviews are accurate. This place is one of the best, if not the best computer repair shop in the city. My laptop was beginning to have some issues and I felt that it might have been time to start thinking about replacing it. Brought it to the shop, and Will was not only thorough but very obviously knew what he was doing. Fixed the laptop, for a very fair price. I won't be taking any of my electronics to anywhere else, and his 2 "assistants" (his dogs) are a very welcome addition to the shop :)
