I’ve sold jewellery through this store before, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I went in hoping they might offer me a better price than elsewhere, but even though I had ID, they asked for paperwork I didn’t have, as the items belonged to my late mother. The staff were dismissive and condescending, and their attitude made me feel almost like a criminal. After seeing how professional Ramsdens was—offering a fair price and holding it even without cash on the spot—I truly regret selling anything here. I would not recommend this store.

Went to get my fiancée’s ring resized and was treated with such warmth. Right away Julie went out of our way to help us and provide options for a drastic resize. We were given expert advice and gently warned that the resize might be difficult, but we decided to go through with it and the work was phenomenal. The ring was resized within 2 hours to a perfect fit for a very respectable price. Overall a lovely experience and a top quality service. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!

Very grateful to lovely people at Diggles who tightened my Tiffany silver bangle as it fell off my arm. So quickly done there and then. Very kind member of staff who helped me find right size - she was lovely. Been going to Diggles many times over the years cant fault customer service and quality of work. Thank you so much!

I took my Mum’s wedding ring in to be resized. Understandably it’s very precious to me. They reassured me that none of the ring would be lost, they just condense it to make it smaller. They did an amazing job and polished it up like new all in 2 hours. I’m absolutely delighted. Great price too. Thank you so much.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient service! Resized my fiancée's ring same day, for an absolute steal of a price. It looks perfect, fits even better, and we couldn't be happier. They also managed to get a gem into my tension ring, despite it being a huge pain to do, and did it for free. 100/10, will never go to a different jeweller as long as I'm in Liverpool! Unbelievable service, absolutely fantastic experience. Could not recommend more.
