Excellent service! Roger from aRR came out to identify why our sewer kept backing up. Watching him work, I can tell he was a true professional -- he was patient and thorough in examining the drains as well as detailed in explaining the problems. Also, aRR's equipment is much more advanced, (compared to previous competitor used), that gave a better view and more accurate location of the problem area.

My phone sadly fell through a sewer gate, and one of my coworkers suggested calling Rescue Rooter to see if they could help. Two technicians came, and Daniel—one of the team—offered to go down himself. I handed him a garbage bag, which he wrapped around his legs, and he climbed right in and found my phone almost immediately. It was still working perfectly—thank God! Daniel was amazing and absolutely my hero. I highly recommend Rescue Rooter 💯!
