I found out that I had a small leak coming from piping elbow under the kitchen sink. Knowing that I could not do this job myself, I did my due diligence to search out a plumber. I read the reviews for Lakeview and decided to use them. Mike contacted me the next day and set up an appointment right away. He quoted me a price which was fair and I waited for him. He showed up at the time that he stated and looked over the problem, correctly gauging that more needed to be done. Work was done efficiently and he explained everything that he needed to do plainly. He replaced the complete drainage piping under the sink and tested everything before leaving. By doing this, Mike discovered another leak occurring at the sink drain themselves and replaced them as well. He was working on this for almost 2 hours. Imagine my surprise that with even the extra work that needed to be done and length of time to do it, he priced it right at what he quoted me! I was and am extremely happy with the quality of work done, the competence of Mike's ability to survey the work and go the extra mile to make sure that everything was done to his exact specs. I highly recommend Lakeside Plumbing for any issues, whether it is an emergency or just some repairs to be done. I'm hoping that I won't need his services for a while, but I know who to call should they be needed in future.

I highly recommend Mike-he was professional and more importantly honest. I called him in a panic about the sump pump in my home not working-he came out and fixed it assuring the pipes and valves were secure and no longer leaking. I will be calling him to do some other minor plumbing fixes in my home.

Mike came out to our house very late Friday night as our new cat had managed to get down into our heating ducts. Using his camera he was eventually able to find him down by the furnace. Mike was fabulous, we were checking down duct opening after duct opening, he was absolutely determined to find the cat. Once the cat was located Mike stayed with me and we put together a plan to safely get him out, by this time it was after midnight. Success, our cat was retrieved without a scratch. Can’t thank Mike enough.

Mike came exactly when he said he would. He quickly identified the problem I had with the sink leaking. He replaced both faucets I had previously purchased for kitchen and bathroom, in record time. He also suggested a better replacement for the toilet fill valve and installed that quickly. I will be calling Mike back for more work in the future. 👍🏼👍🏼
