Carson has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. I came in very nervous but was helped through the whole process. They even offer jewelry modifications and do an outstanding job. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an amazing first time experience at A.T. Thomas Jewelers! I went in looking for a cross necklace and got to try on many great options. I was really impressed with their selection. I found the pendant I liked and they were able to swap out the chain for a box chain I liked even more and customize it by adding a 16” jump ring. That way, I can wear my necklace at two different lengths. Their service was super fast and I got to pick up my order just an hour later. I would definitely be back the next time I’m looking to add to my jewelry collection. Thank you, A.T. Thomas Jewelers!

I've been here twice, once for an engagement ring and again for wedding bands. When me and my girlfriend (now fiancee) went to look for ideas, Matt assisted us in helping her find one she liked. He was super awesome in every way. He was kind, outgoing, and made the whole experience so fun, and he kept in close contact with me afterwards as we discussed buying a ring. 5 stars, an experience I'll never forget. The second time we looked at wedding bands, and we had an overall good experience. The representative was nice, though less enthusiastic. Again, overall good experience. My one criticism: I was rather annoyed that she gave us quotes and estimates in front of other people, and me and my fiancee had to have an awkward hushed financial discussion in public while her and a few others stared at us and waited. 4 stars still. When we did the engagement ring, Matt set the ring aside and gave me thirty days to decide and sent me estimates privately. I really appreciated that. In spite of that one hiccup, I would 100% 10/10 recommend this place. Beautiful rings, wonderful people, excellent service. And they are very quick to get things ready, within one to two weeks for most things.

Excellent customer service and very very knowledge. I had a 30 year old ring resized, cleaned, and polished. I will not go anywhere else again. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Amazing 👏🏻 place to explore fantastic selection of 💎💍💒 diamonds, birthstones, and jewelry of all sorts. This place was top 👌🏻 notch with the choices to look through and be educated on 📖 🔍 I'm so glad we said yes to both on the first day. We late realized our experience that day, was custom catered to us by none other than the best - the owner and his wife. 👋🏻 thanks again for taking the time to meet with us and care about our desires and meaning for our rings.
