I shopped around to find a good jeweler to resize my grandma’s ring from the 50’s. The care and advice I got from the woman working secured Lovette as the place I’d pick. The ring fits perfectly and they cleaned it so well after years of constant wear. They even let me sneak in right at closing to pick it up with no shame in interrupting them. Loved my experience here and will come back in the future!

Walked in I believe last Saturday, because I was looking for a watch and my wife told me to go over there and check them out because we we’re standing there. so I walked In and they greeted the white lady who walked in at the same time but looked at me with the nastiest look. Idk if it was because I’m a black man or because I had a hoodie on idk what the issue was but I was shocked! I just moved to Lincoln Nebraska from Illinois and that was my first racist encounter! Everyone been so nice and welcoming except these people at this jewelry store. I don’t know if they thought I couldn’t afford it or just don’t want black people shopping there but If you’re black I definitely wouldn’t recommend!!!! And you all can save the fake apology on google and don’t bother responding

I had a great experience buying a watch at Lovette. I spent quite a while looking for the right watch at multiple jewelry stores. I chose Lovette because they helped me find the best watch within my budget, preferred style, and lifestyle pace/job. (I think Sean helped me.) I will be back! My partner and I had a wholesome experience at Lovette. They have a wide selection of jewelry (especially rings), and the store manager, Sean, listened to our needs and preferences and gave us recommendations within our budget and style. Even after checking out other jewelry stores in town, we decided to come back to Lovette to make our ring purchase. 💍
