We took a privately booked tour with A Taste of SF Tours, Inc. and were thoroughly delighted. Our driver and guide Marco led us through San Francisco and the surrounding area with great experience, composure, and intuition. Since the Golden Gate Bridge was still completely shrouded in fog in the morning, he flexibly adjusted the itinerary and sensibly scheduled the photo stop for the end of the tour. The drive through the Marin Headlands was relaxing and scenically appealing. At Muir Woods, we had ample time to experience the impressive redwoods in a peaceful atmosphere. Despite the gray weather, we were able to briefly explore Sausalito and gain an authentic impression of the town. To conclude, Marco took us to a perfect photo stop at the Golden Gate Bridge, from which the bridge was clearly visible. An excellently organized tour with an extremely competent and attentive guide. We can wholeheartedly recommend A Taste of SF Tours, Inc., and especially Marco.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Thanks so much.

This was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. From the very beginning, Uldrich was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience even better and memorable and fun!! I only wish we had just a little more time in Muir Woods , but overall I truly enjoyed every moment. I would absolutely recommend this tour and would 100% give it a five-star rating.

Muir Woods wad amazing! Our guide, Michael, was very respectful and gave a lot of insights. The tour ends quick but serves as a reference if you want to go on your own. Also, when returning to Sausalito, you can go back to San Francisco in a Ferry, buying your own tickets. This is good if you don't have enough time/plan to get a ferry or cruise. Overall, it wss nice!

We had a great experience here yesterday. I booked the Muir Woods and Sausalito Tour weeks ago on Groupon and finally found the right opportunity for us to go. One thing I appreciated was how professional they were. When I reached out via email to get added to a tour they responded pretty quickly. Then, once the date and time we're confirmed they sent me a confirmation. Our tour guide (Peter) texted us the day before to confirm the time he would pick us up by the Zeppelin hotel. We parked in a garage right next door to it and it was $18 since we entered by 730. He showed up early and we went off to the next pick up spot. The shuttle was full but comfortable. We got to see some great sites. It was nice to check out the Golden Gate Bridge from a different angle. The Muir Woods were beautiful!!! Thanks to Peter, we got there early before all of the crowds that were coming in as we were leaving. Sausalito was a nice area. We had a really nice time on this tour and would do a tour with this company again.

We did SF in a Day with our guide, Buddy. He was wonderfully eclectic and a bit of an iconoclast. PERFECT for our time spent touring the streets of San Francisco. Great opportunity to get an interesting overview with some unexpected facts thrown in. Particularly the architecture bits. Recommended. I lived in San Francisco for 10 years, born in Berkeley, parents born in SF, and learned things I never knew until the tour. Ask for Buddy, he's a delightful guide with a curious mind and, I might add, a great driver. Loved our time. Four hours went by quickly.
