Bought my hot tub here back in August and had a great experience. I stop by to get my water tested often and Woodson and Tammy are always super helpful and get my water all squared away!

Excellent service and customer care. Woodson was very patient with us, especially since this is our first time owning a hot tub. He gave us a clear and thorough explanation of the correct chemical amounts to use and when to apply them.

I wanted to surprise my family with a new hottub for Thanksgiving this year and A-Tex absolutely made it happen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company is first class top to bottom. My family thanks Tammy, Joey, and Mike. They all went above and beyond to make sure our Thanksgiving holiday was perfect. They have a really nice showroom in Lakeway and Tammy is the store manager. She is amazing. I wish all companies operated like A-Tex the world would be a better place. Thank you again everyone for a great experience.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with A-TEX. From start to finish, our experience with A-TEX Hot tubs and pools was exceptional. We recently purchased a swim spa with an Covana cover and couldn’t be happier, not only with the product itself, but with the outstanding customer service we received every step of the way. The team was incredibly helpful in navigating the financing process making it smooth and stress-free. They offered excellent guidance and worked with us to secure the best possible terms. They were impressively prompt and stuck to the schedule they promised. Every appointment and delivery happened right on time and they stayed in touch consistently throughout the process, making sure we were informed and comfortable with every stage of the installation. What really stood out was their genuine, friendliness and professionalism. Every person we interacted with was knowledgeable, courteous, and went out of the way to make us feel like valued customers. They even want the extra mile to help us with the best discounts available. something we deeply appreciated. To top it all off., they coordinated the build of a gorgeous deck around our new swim spa turning our backyard into a true oasis. There is a reason we came back to them after purchasing our hot tub from them two years ago! It’s clear they care deeply about quality and customer satisfaction. This store has an impressive amount and variety of spas. Tammy was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect custom spa. Definitely recommend!
