Chad was very knowledgeable and extremely well-versed in all things flooring and carpet. He also has some great connects for other home projects so don’t sleep on connecting further with him! Also I was very appreciative that he did exactly as he said, and over delivered on timing and got our floors installed throughout the whole home in one business week! Jesus and team were also professional and very helpful in hitting the quick deadlines. Also appreciate his attention to detail! Overall would work with Chad, Jesus, and their team at Total Pro Flooring over and over again!

Wow!! Chad and his team at Total Pro Flooring blew our expectations out of the water! They helped us completely transform our new home! From picking out materials, to the finished product, they made it all easy on us throughout the entire project! And it all happened so quickly! We will be using them again for all of our flooring needs in the future, and strongly encourage you to talk with them about your flooring needs too!

My realtor recommended Total Pro and they did an amazing job on my floors! Communication was excellent, so easy to schedule and reliable!! Showroom in Lakeway had so many options. Prices were very clear, and Simon was fantastic about giving me options and honest about certain carpet patterns and waste/costs. Very impressed with the install crew, Javier, that did my tile. Transitions from existing to new tile is completely seamless. Carpet install by Carlos was super fast and also looked perfect! These guys are amazing and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Total Pro Flooring! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and detail oriented. The team handled everything—from demoing old tile and wood flooring to the installation of beautiful new hardwood floors—and did so with care and craftsmanship. Noe and his team took great care in making sure our furniture and home were protected throughout the demo process. They were on time every day, kept the work area clean, and communicated clearly throughout the project. What impressed us most was their attention to detail during installation—the transitions are seamless, and the finish is flawless. We couldn't be happier with the results! I had my new home’s flooring replaced by Total Pro Flooring, whom I found through my realtor’s recommendation. Brian helped me select a beautiful flooring material, and the order arrived right on schedule, just as they had predicted. Although the work was expected to take about a week, the entire project was completed in just three days, which was a pleasant surprise. The tile removal in the kitchen and other areas was done perfectly, and the leveling work was handled with great care and professionalism. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. The floors are clean, sturdy, and beautifully finished. Communication with Brian throughout the process was excellent. He was always kind, patient, and explained everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. The pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Total Pro Flooring to anyone looking for quality work and great service!
