Not only was he incredibly reasonable with his pricing, but the quality of his work was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed my issue with my computer and had everything fully repaired in what felt like no time at all. The turnaround was so fast, it completely exceeded my expectations. Don't let the home "garage shop" fool you. Albert is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, offering fair pricing, honoring a Vet discount, and with a speedy repair turn-around time. He's a super nice man, to boot, head and shoulders above any of the franchised strip mall repair shops that I compared him with. I have a 6 year old Dell laptop that had gone to a completely black screen on startup, doing nothing but spinning the cursor endless in the dark black void. I thought it was just Done. I took it to Al on Friday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and fully explained what was happening to me. He had it repaired and upgraded by Saturday afternoon, and even made himself available to me on Sunday afternoon to pick it up. The laptop now runs even faster and smoother than it did when it was brand new! Al saved me about $1600 bucks from other comparisons I looked at. This guy is absolutely Top Of The Line! Thank you so very much Al. I truly appreciate you!
I reached out as my computer was running extremely slower than usual. I spoke with Al and he agreed to come to my home to troubleshoot. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options to repair, upgrade, or have a new computer built. After some discussion I decided on option 3, and 2 days later I had a new computer. I could not be happier. What I appreciated most is that Al talked me thru every step of the process. He explained the parts he was purchasing and why. He gave me options and recommendations along the way which helped me to stay within my budget. I run a business from my home and my productivity has definitely increased, as the computer was built to handle my specific needs. Al even took the time to come back to my house to help me set up everything, transfer the files from my old computer, and make sure everything was working properly. The entire process was seamless and quick, and I can't say enough about Al taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. If I could give more stars I would ... I highly recommend !!
Al came over last minute late night emergency computer repair. Got new parts next day. He came out as soon as we had the new parts and rebuilt my PC! Very technical and experienced. No one else touches my PC’s but Al from now on!
