Vasif had been wonderful from start to finish. He came to my home office a couple days after reaching out to him. He helped me diagnose issues with my current laptop and helped me install a new one that will work much better for video and streaming. I rely on my computer for work and having someone like Vasif who can help has been a lifesaver! Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with Vasif's customer service. He was so prompt in replacing my power supply. Picked up, fixed and delivered so quickly. He even found another cable wasn't hooked up and fixed that as well. Kudos to him for being so customer driven. Thank you Vasif!

I had an excellent customer service experience with Caspicom Computer Service. Vasif was so prompt in delivering my computers to me. He installed a fan in one of my older computers and a new hard drive in another one. I am definitely recommending him to others.. Very convenient too because he will meet you at your home. Vasif is AMAZING!!! Our computer locked us out and we couldn’t get into it after several different tries. Vasif picked up the computer from my home, determined that the hard drive had been corrupted within a couple of hours. However, he was able to rescue all our files, place them onto a new hard drive and install it into our computer. He had the computer fixed and back to us the next morning all for a very reasonable price. Vasif was knowledgeable, very communicative, prompt and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend him for any computer issues that arise and intend on contacting him for any future issues we may have.
