My husband and I have lived out of the area for close to 6 years now, and we were using another property management company for close to 4 years before we found Absolute Property Management. The previous property manager we used would never get back to us even for simple questions, and we finally had enough. We've had long-term tenants who have been great, so when we contacted Absolute Property Management, they were happy to help us. Even though the previous property manager was extremely slow to get Absolute Property Management the documents they needed for their onboarding and accounting, their team still moved forward with the transition and onboarding, and now that everything is set up correctly, we are loving our experience with Absolute Property Management. Finally we can make sense of our statements, and we actually found that the previous property manager was nickel-and-diming us on tons of junk fees. It's easy to see that after switching to Absolute Property Management, our net cash-flow has increased, and we really can't say enough great things about Absolute Property Management.

I can log into my portal at any time to make sure the tenants are paying on time. I also love how consistent the Absolute Property Management team is with their statements, and how easy the statements are to read. The tenants have been very good at making their rent payments, and they take good care of the home. I give Absolute Property Management an A+.

Absolute Property Management has been managing 3 of our homes for a couple of years now, and I have found them to be honest, fair, and committed to the needs of their owners and tenants. We had a situation where the wind storms knocked down our fencing and power lines at one of our rentals, and the team at Absolute Property Management was very fast to respond. They called SMUD and got the fallen tree removed and the line safely restored, and facilitated for an inexpensive fencing contractor to repair the section of damaged fencing.
