I had a wonderful first experience at Abundant Life Wellness Center with Inger Russ. Even after one neurofeedback session, I felt relief and new hope. The care aligned with my Christian values, and the staff was incredibly compassionate and detail-oriented. They took time to understand how my symptoms affect my life and tailored care around my goals. I love their holistic approach; mind, body, and spirit. I could tell their goal is true healing, not keeping patients dependent. I’m hopeful for continued progress and so thankful for this kind of intentional, faith-aligned care.
Always amazed at all there is to offer in this Wonderful wellness center. The people are so nice and the atmosphere is wonderful and the help is above and beyond to get your body back in wholeness in every area.
Alternative to pharmaceutical which is just a band aid, this place is a natural way for your body to heal itself. Great staff, atmosphere and i appreciate the care. When you’re not feeling well and you need guidance and answers they are here to hear you out and help.
Scam alert. I set up an appt with this company and was told that a ZytoScan was mandatory at the first face-to-face appointment (after doing bloodwork). To be clear, I asked about pricing and they said they would charge $455 for bloodwork (before even talking to a practitioner about what was going on with me healthwise), and then $295 for the face to face with ZytoScan. Something didn't feel right so I did some research. A quick google and you can tell that ZytoScan is a device intergrative/functional health practitioners use to sell hundreds and thousands of dollars of supplements to patients - for health issues that they don't even have. Studies have been done by actual doctors proving that this device is bogus. I called to cancel my services and ask for a refund, which I was told would be no problem since I had not gone forward with ANY services whatsoever. Days went by...no refund. Called again. Still no refund. Called over and over until I got someone on the phone again - who lied to me and told me they issued the refund right then while we were on the phone together. Guess what? Still no refund. This company is holding my money hostage and lying to me about it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and really had hoped to not have to leave a public review, but since they refuse to be honest and do the right thing, I have been left no other choice. My next step will be showing up in person and demanding my money back in front of their clients. If that fails, I will pursue legal action. Do NOT fall for the "christian" messaging on their site. There is nothing Christ-like about this business.
I wanted to explore the Functional medicine world for various reasons. I was put on a waiting list and met via phone with the nutritionist. She was super nice but not very informative or helpful in navigating this new world. It was overwhelming and, because they don’t take insurance, super expensive. After paying a large amount of money for a test and still more money for supplements, I felt horrible and decided this wasn’t the thing for me. I forgot to cancel our phone consult and , after explaining that I didn’t want to continue after a 5 minute conversation, I was still charged $35. I never felt fully informed or heard or helped.
