Le dojo de l’Académie d’Arts Martiaux du Québec, dirigé par le Sensei Frédéric Métivier, est à mes yeux un lieu à la fois respectable et inspirant. Il offre un enseignement riche et multidisciplinaire, où la progression se fait dans le respect, l’engagement et la pratique. Je recommande sincèrement ce dojo pour la diversité des styles enseignés, la qualité de la pédagogie et l’approche humaine. Les cours sont très abordables, ce qui rend l’accès aux arts martiaux possible pour tous, sans compromis sur la qualité de l’enseignement. La grande disponibilité du Sensei, autant pour le partage de connaissances que pour le dialogue et l’accompagnement, fait toute la différence. Un excellent endroit pour développer le corps et l’esprit.
Très content du service, ouvert plusieurs jours, apprentissage varié, et techniques de mémorisation facile à saisir. Senseï connaît bien son art.
Sa fait 20 ans que je m'entraîne à cette endroit c'est vraiment une bonne école. Le professeur à consacrer sa vie au arts martiaux si vous voulez vraiment apprendre avec le meilleure c'est vraiment la place à aller. Je vous recommande fortement.
This place is great!! Even from the first time you feel truly welcomed. The schedule's very vast and diverse and you have the chance to try and practice numerous different styles and martial arts. The Sensei is super knowledgeable and wants you to learn and feel good in class. The dojo's super clean and well equipped. The people are friendly and helpful and the ambiance is just great. I've been going since December last and signing up at this school was one of the best decisions I took recently. Highly recommended!
