I had a very bad experience with this person and would not recommend him to anyone. Based on what I personally went through, he is not trustworthy and does not keep his word. I recommended him a contractor for basement work, and he took my contractor’s money and never paid him for extra work he made him do. That put me in a very uncomfortable position because I was the one who made the introduction. He also did exterminator work at my house. Ironically, he was pressuring me to pay him before the extermination was completed. When I brought up the fact that he never paid my contractor, instead of resolving the issue, he blocked me. If someone can take money from one person and refuse to pay, they can do the same to others.
