Very unprofessional on the phone. Called to ask about getting my roku tv fixed because the screen went blank but isn’t cracked. He gave me a very dicky tone and told me I just need to call best buy to get a new tv. Would not recommend.

I took my Sony STR-DH810 receiver in for repair after the HDMI array went out (also a non-functioning screen). After a little bit of back and forth figuring out what the issue was, Rich got it repaired and it has been working great for 2 months now! Not only that, but he set up some settings to get it to automatically turn off that had never worked before. Overall, I'm very happy and hopefully this equipment will last me another 20 years. The only caveat is that it took a little while - to be honest though, it's not a big deal. It's an old machine that I'm sure took some time to diagnose and source parts for, plus now I don't have to buy a crappily built new one. I'm a fan of repairs since it has a better environmental impact too. Just be aware it may take some time. Thanks again Rich!

Rich repaired 4 items for me including a turn table and amplifiers. He’s knowledgable, reasonable, and i would highly recommend him to anyone. Great job with the revox head amp and the 1229 dual turn table!

I can not tell you how pleased I was to have met Rich, of Ace Electronics. It was my last bastion of hope. I had taken my Conrad PV11 to another repair shop and nothing was completed correctly. Just wasted my money. A person at my job recommended Ace Electronics (Rich and his Wife) (Tina) to me and so we met. The work was estimated and completed within the time frame and I could not be Happier with the outcome.. Incredibly friendly and on point. Don't waste your time and energy looking for anyone else. This is the place. Well Done. Thank you. Alan

5-week turn-around at a mom-n-pop, for diagnosis/repair/cleaning of an old Pioneer receiver--definitely worth it. Rich and Tina are great folks--super-friendly and patient with my questions: Rich sold me his stereo connectors to replace mine, rather than have me go on to eBay and wait. I'm a big fan.
