Hello World! I'm the genius who owned a mechanical external hard drive since 2007 (Photos, music, docs), and then paid a horrible price for maintaining that position. Who knew? Computer Guy caught my eye during my online search as I was in fact, in need of a computer guy. Lucky me. I entered the Computer Guy lair (Which is far more than one guy), and was immediately impressed with the counterperson who spun me a hard-boiled, full accounting of how he once built/installed a water-cooled video card. I unpacked the drive I murdered and handed it over for a visual examination. After we laughed about a rational adult knowingly operating a HDD for 18 years as being unforgivably silly, I left my device in the knowledgeable hands of Manny. I read that the data recovery process may not recover all files...rats. A few days later, I was informed that some data was recovered. Turns out, Manny recovered 100% of 18 years of family photos/vids, and he is now a literal member of my family forever and ever. Fair pricing, personable employees, and I had a delightful first-time experience with Computer Guy PC Solutions! I will absolutely come back if another PC related issue ensues. Anyone reading this...this is the place.

Great experience overall. I came to have my motherboard replaced, but after the first replacement, it turned out to be a rather uncommon hardware incompatibility in the first place. They then did researches based on the hardwares I have and soon came up with an alternative solution. Raymond, the technician, was friendly and professional. Thanks for saving my PC. (*･ω-)b
