Excellent service from Kazim when doing a pre-purchase car inspection. He was very knowledgeable and showed great respect to me. Kazim invited me to join him when he assessed the car, which i found a very open and honest way to discuss his car report. We test drove the vehicle together and he provided a trustworthy appraisal before we opted to buy.

Highly recommended – we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! While we were on our way to Canberra, our car suddenly started making a very loud engine noise, and we had to be towed. We were completely unsure what to do next, but Kazim was there for us right away. He came the very next morning, took his time to inspect the car, and quickly identified a major engine failure. He even obtained a quote for a replacement engine and was completely honest with us, explaining that repairing our old car simply wouldn’t be worth it. That honesty saved us a lot of stress and unnecessary costs. When we started looking for a new car, he let us call him anytime. He gave us incredibly helpful advice on how to find a good car, what to look out for during inspections, and how to choose a vehicle that would last and give us a safe and reliable drive. His guidance meant so much to us, especially since we don’t know much about cars. When we finally found a car we liked, he came over to check it thoroughly to make sure everything was in good condition. After that, he continued to answer all our questions and was always patient and supportive. His help went far beyond what you would normally expect. He was honest, knowledgeable, kind, and truly went out of his way for us. We are incredibly grateful and can recommend him 100%!
