It was our first time at Waves Carwash Phillip, and the service was excellent. The staff were polite and professional, and the manager, Rahul, was especially pleasant and efficient. We will definitely visit again.

Waves Carwash Express in Phillip is easily the best automatic car wash I’ve ever used. I’ve been several times now and every visit has been consistently excellent. I’ve only used the auto tunnel so far, but it handles my 4WD comfortably and thoroughly every time, with great cleaning results and a smooth, well-run process. The equipment is clearly well maintained, the wash is effective without being harsh, and the overall experience is quick, easy and reliable. It’s been so good that I’m genuinely keen to come back and try some of their more premium services next time. A top-quality car wash that delivers exactly what it promises.

Waves Phillip is hands down the best car wash in Canberra. The conveyor belt system is quick, so you’re in and out fast, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Today they noticed my car wasn’t completely clean and suggested another run through the tunnel — then gave it an extra wipe down for free. The driveway team is especially great: clear wait-time estimates, good advice on what wash to choose, and they always go the extra mile. I’ve had mixed experiences at the Gungahlin site (long waits or brush-free not selected), so Phillip is now the only one I use.

Reiterating the bad value it is here to use the self serving facilities. Overpriced, machine stops letting you top up your minutes so you have to pay the $4 to keep using it. Will not be back to support greedy businesses such as this.

Spent $60 for a 4-minute car wash, definitely an experience, lol. Our car had just come back from a snow trip, but it wasn’t particularly dirty. Still, the automatic wash didn’t do much. Honestly, a good rainstorm might’ve done a better job. That said, we weren’t just there for the clean; we were curious about the experience. Watching the process from inside the car was kind of fun for a couple of minutes. Would I pay for it again? Probably not 😁
