Wonderful as always. MyCar Deakin always go the extra mile for their lucky clients, one and all. They are very helpful and very efficient. There are never any unpleasant surprises when it comes to payment for their work - everything is transparent from the outset. Ten days ago I broke the light lens on my left wing mirror. I raced into MyCar Deakin on my way to an appointment. They stopped what they were doing at once (on the understanding that it was not likely a major issue). Within moments a replacement had been ordered and I was in my way again. This morning I went back to have the replacement part installed. This was done within an hour and the car is good to go once more. Warmest thanks to Geoff, Brett and all the amazing staff at MyCar Deakin.

I had a very positive experience with mycar. The service was both quick and affordable, and the entire process was handled efficiently. Brett and the team were prompt in their responses, extremely accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with.

Took my car to Brett for a handbrake adjustment and the team did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient and easy to deal with. The car feels much better to drive now and I really appreciate the quality of their work.

I had a fantastic experience with MyCar Deakin. Booking was simple and communication was clear throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and my car was ready for pickup the same day with no issues at all. I’d definitely recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently took my car to My Car Service in Deakin for a major service and an oil leak fix. Unfortunately, after the service, I noticed a new issue that wasn't there before. I was understandably upset, especially since they invoiced me without taking responsibility for the new problem and sent the car home with my husband, which made me feel frustrated. However, I want to acknowledge Brad, the owner, who listened to my concerns and took accountability for the situation. He not only recognised the problem but also fixed it without charging me any additional fees. This level of integrity and commitment to customer care is rare to find these days. I truly appreciate Brad's understanding and willingness to make things right. It's this kind of service that earns my respect and loyalty.
