After back surgery In my late 50's I was struggling with advanced dad-bod, low energy, lower- body chronic stiffness and pain. 3 years after finding Action Boxing, Ive since achieved pain free mobility, a stronger back, legs and core and I've lost 10 kilos as well! I also love the humble, friendly encouraging atmosphere. I've got my son involved and it has done great for his mobility playing college basketball. Also - No full length mirrors or selfies! Just serious fun with like minded members..highly recommended and awesome, experienced staff.

Definitely worth a try! Brad and Jackie create a welcoming environment for anyone wanting to learn boxing skills or enjoy fitness in a fun atmosphere. I've participated in fight camp and both boxing fitness and old school boxing and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Action for almost a decade. It has such a great vibe and definitely a super welcoming environment. Brad and Jackie - and their trainers like Jack - are so awesome. It’s got this cool family feel to it and all the other attendees create a great culture. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to get into some boxing fitness or general fitness - or people more experienced wanting to train and learn the skills of boxing. I’ve tried pretty much every class they have - along with special training programs they run. Highly recommend - rating 13 out of 7!
