This place is a scam. They only care about taking your money and will lie to you just to get you in the door. I was told my insurance would cover the cost, but I ended up paying over $400 to both the urgent care and the lab. The visit was useless—I was given medication, and my problem is still not resolved. No honesty, no transparency, just greed. I do not recommend this place at all.

I hobbled into Action UC this morning after taking a bad fall last night and I am so appreciative of the staff for their help today. The front desk was kind and engaged, and I was quickly seen by an M.A who was also polite and attentive. After Annika helped me, Matt the P.A, was quick to address my concerns and help with the follow up/aftercare. This injury sucks but it could’ve been worse if I didn’t have your help and support, so thank you both. The whole process was relatively quick as well!

Great experience! Even though the clinic was very busy with so many people coming in sick after the holidays, the wait to be seen was absolutely worth it. Everyone was kind, caring, and attentive throughout my visit. PA Kelsie and Devora were especially wonderful—both were professional, sweet, and made me feel well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic.

I scheduled an appointment for Monday 12/8/25 at Blossom Hill, San Jose. The medical staff including the front registrar, medical assistant and doctor were extremely courteous, attentive and genuinely caring. I received a thorough exam and effective treatment that is already working. I’m sure it’s hard treating the general public and their ailments each and every day…and treat each patient with attention and care. Thank you for a very positive experience…Dave G.

I visited this urgent care on 11/22/25 for an ear was flush, and i had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly. Welcoming ,and made the check-in prosses easy. The doctor was extremely kind patient and professional, and he explained everything, and made the whole process comfortable. I really appreciate their kindness and quality of care that received. Special thank to doctor assistant, she was great.
