I have been working with Norm for about a month now, and I’m really enjoying training with him. My first two workouts left me the most sore I’ve ever been but in the best way possible! I really appreciate how Norm pushes me while still keeping things realistic and within reason. That’s exactly what I needed! Working out on my own was fine, but I had hit a plateau and stopped losing weight. This is the first and only exercise program I've been able to really stick to and I love it! The personal attention is vital to making it work and Im meeting new people, too. The trainers are super nice, accomodating and good at doing this. I may increase the number of times per week that i go. Give it a try and you won't give up.
