I highly recommend Phoenix PT! My recovery so far has been a wonderful experience. My PT Jason always makes sure my recovery post ACL surgery goes as smoothly as possible. I have gone through this process before 8 years ago and I would have to say my experience this time has been so much better and it’s all thanks to Jason and the amazing Phoenix team!

I have really had a pleasant experience working with Jason. He has helped me with my postpartum carpel tunnel. It was really debilitating, and he gave me some hope of normalcy again. Overall the team at Phoenix Therapy is also pretty great! They are very kind and they work really well together!

I HIGHLY recommend Phoenix PT! I came here on a whim and with a recommendation from a friend and couldn’t recommend it enough! :) i’ve been to a couple of different PT locations in Baltimore and this is definitely one of the best!! My PT Jason is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I also appreciate that he is willing to go above and beyond to make sure i understand the exercises and also recommends additional exercises and stretches that would be beneficial! He was very though during the initial session and helped with my diagnosis! the program is tailored perfectly! Julia, who is a tech is also very professional, kind and helps tremendously with my exercises! Also, I forget her name, the lady who checked me in on the first day went through my insurance coverage throughly was also very professional, kind and intelligent! As someone in healthcare, i greatly appreciate that she took the time to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits and cost because that can be overwhelming! there’s also free parking :) highly recommend!!

Working with the team at Phoenix has been such a wonderful experience. Not only have they helped improve my injury super efficiently they’ve been so patient throughout this entire process which has really helped me mentally. It’s always a warm & inviting feeling when I have my appointments. Each tech is wonderful & Jason always makes this process easier each time. I recommend so many to come if they’re in need!

Highly recommend Phoenix! Wonderful, friendly staff. Always enjoy being welcomed by Alex and Marni. I worked mostly with Chadd but anyone I interacted with was supportive and caring. Chadd is extremely skilled in his craft - bringing extensive knowledge and resources while including the patient in the process by asking great questions, truly listening, and responding to feedback. The collaborative environment he creates kept me persistent and helped build both my confidence and physical strength to get to a point where I could engage in activities I love pain-free. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and couldn’t have done it without Chadd!
