Great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for computer repair services. I took my mangled USB drive in to get it repaired. I had not only snapped off the connectors, but took some of the circuit board with it. I knew it was broken, but still needed to retrieve the data from it. The technician was not only solder all the prongs back on the circuit board, but also bridge the gap between the prong and the missing circuit board trace. This didn't take long and I could wait while it was being repaired. Due to the nature of my USB formatting, I could only test it at home. When I got back, the device was recognized and I could I could connect and remove all the data from the device. Thank you Actnet Computer Services!
Helpful staff and amazing deals to boot! For instance the Ethernet cable I needed was $54 at Office Depot. I got it at Actnet for $9 instead.
GREAT local tech support. I have been on a few times with my old laptop and they do a great job keeping it running. I was getting a DNS server error message and could not log on. My computer immediately got on their network and they walked me through options I needed to pursue on my network. Friendly and professional support and did not charge me for their thoughtful advice. We NEED local businesses like this to suceed
