Absolutely saved my computer, which I depend on for everything, from the brink. Stopped by to ask if they thought they could do anything to fix it and they were able to squeeze me in for a same-day emergency fix-up. Phillip not only managed to get it back up and running from a completely corrupted OS, but all my personal files were still intact and I swear it looks and runs as if it were brand new. Great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for computer repair services. I took my mangled USB drive in to get it repaired. I had not only snapped off the connectors, but took some of the circuit board with it. I knew it was broken, but still needed to retrieve the data from it. The technician was not only solder all the prongs back on the circuit board, but also bridge the gap between the prong and the missing circuit board trace. This didn't take long and I could wait while it was being repaired. Due to the nature of my USB formatting, I could only test it at home. When I got back, the device was recognized and I could I could connect and remove all the data from the device. Thank you Actnet Computer Services!

Helpful staff and amazing deals to boot! For instance the Ethernet cable I needed was $54 at Office Depot. I got it at Actnet for $9 instead.
