The staff was very friendly, caring and kind. I came in, filled out paperwork and shortly after take into a room where my vitals were immediately taken. The Dr came into to see me, I had to do chest X-rays and within 45 mins or so I was out the door. Definitely recommend Advance ER.

Amazing experience at Advance ER on Inwood. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient from the moment I walked in, and the facility is beautiful. I was called back by a nurse immediately after finishing intake forms, and the doctor was already in the room. And they worked together seamlessly. I needed X-rays, which were done on site, and my pain was managed quickly. I was even offered snacks and a warm blanket. From intake to results and a prescription, I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much to the entire Advance ER team for the outstanding care and professionalism. A special thank you to the front desk lady who did an excellent job helping me with my insurance—she was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The medical staff was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care I received. Highly recommend Advance ER! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the place to go if you have an emergency as the care is top notch. My son had an ear infection progress to the bone behind the ear that could have become so much worse if IV antibiotics weren’t available. From the time we arrived until leaving everything was above and beyond perfect. Thanks to the entire team. 😍

If I could give more stars, I would. I genuinely have not been to a better medical facility. The staff was amazing, the care was phenomenal, and the customer service alone was exceptional. My children and I were in an MVA on 12/30 and went to Advance ER (Galleria location) the following morning. I called to make sure they could see us (as there are some places that won’t) and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and when told of the reason for the visit, staff was understanding and handled us with care. The check in process wasn’t sped up, nor did it take too long; we were seen quickly and efficiently by a wonderful care team. They were attentive to our needs, helpful with filling out paperwork, and detailed with next steps while we waited for imaging results (which are read while you wait, reducing anxiety and time in facility). We were told about what to expect at home and given very thorough aftercare instructions. I’m so grateful that, even in such a stressful situation, they eased so many of my fears. Even my best friend, who drove my kids and I, still speaks about how much she loves Advance ER. Front staff made sure she was taken care of, and made her feel welcomed as well. She said it was the best ER she’d ever been to.
