The best my insurance company could have contacted to repair my car! It was vandalized all over—windows, hood, doors, my side mirrors were broken, my trunk was all scratched. It happened on October 27th, and they had it ready by the 18th. I'm so grateful to them. Truly a spectacular job. Besides detailing the exterior, they were kind enough to polish and clean the interior, and they even kindly put all my belongings back in the trunk. Thank you so much! I recommend them 100,000/10! ♡

Unfortunately, the quality of work did not meet expectations. I brought my car in for collision repairs, and within a year the paint in the repaired area cracked again. When the vehicle was returned, the gasket was loose—and I later discovered it had been broken during reinstallation. Additionally, the replacement parts used appear to be of poor quality.

Advanced was one of my options for my vehicle after being rear ended. The office was beautiful, everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful and welcoming, i received text alerts letting me know the status of my vehicle, and even though my vehicle was delayed by a day, they covered the additional day for my rental and made sure i was 100% taken care of. This team did an amazing job.

I was told by the insurance I had to take my car here. Very sloppy work. I have taken twice already and they still can’t do a good job. Obviously an inspection is not done as work as being done to the vehicle. Styrofoam was left in my vehicle for the second time. The couldn’t even connect things properly. It’s ridiculous
