I have purchased BF Goodrich tires from this location in the past, 10 years ago. I loved the tires at that time, and never had problems with them. I should have never gone anywhere else for tires. I drove up to the store and was greeted at my car door by Larry. He proceeded to provide excellent customer service through the end of my purchase which spilled over to the following day. It wasn't easy to find my vehicle information from 10 years ago, but he didn't give up. Then he brought out a tire that I was interested in to help me decide on the purchase. It was between Costco and Discount Tires (DT). He was patient. Larry made sure that I didn't return to Costco or anywhere else. He ordered them, and they came in the next day. I am very glad that I purchased from DT. Larry was very professional, detailed, strong interpersonal skills, actively listened to my needs and he was determined to close the deal. I have never received service like this from Costco, Sam's or any other place. I will never return to purchase tires from the C. No love lost💔 I love my tires and the service provided. Thank you so very much, Larry. You won me back👍, not that I ever left for a bad reason.
Awesome customer service. I honestly appreciate the assistant manager. Extremely understanding and very compassionate. I will be continuing to come here. Always fast work. Ive been coming to this location 5+ years, even tho theres construction going currently. Their workers still manages to get everyone in and out with a speedy service. We went on a busy day. They told us our car will be ready by 4 but pick up before 6 at the latest cause I dropped off my vehicle. Which I was perfectly fine. I actually got my car 2 hrs later before the estimated time. I cant thank yall enough!
They have good service and prices. But regarding warranties, I just hope I never have to use them. In my particular case, one of the tires I bought in 2024 (currently with 1300 miles) suffered damage that could no longer be repaired. Apparently, this particular model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and the only solution was to offer me a $60 credit per tire when I paid a total of $1360... Discount Tire, thank you for nothing!

Went in to buy new tires which were going to be slightly bigger than the stock ones on my vehicle. The technicians assured the vehicle would not need any adjustments to properly fit the new tires. Upon pick up, I found that the compound/gel that was used to slide the tire in was smeared on the all the rims. Furthermore, we had asked to keep our old tires, however, our old tires had been placed on their disposal bin and we had to wait over 35 minutes for someone to find them and bring them over. The biggest issue is that the tires are rubbing ridiculously bad and will more than likely need spacers. Do not trust their "expertise". These people are only trying to sell and do not care about people's safety, money, or even presenting a clean job. Highly disappointed. By far the worst experience at a Discount Tire.
