* *** * 1 day ago When I started seeing the doctors at AFM my brain fog was so concerning I wasn't sure I was going to have the presents of mind to follow the program. However they are incredibly supportive and made It so simple with easy to follow recipes, shopping lists, where to buy the products and even pictures of the approved foods, so you can't go wrong. I was able to complete the entire program. The fog lifted my A1c is in normal range again and my cholesterol is down 100 points. It's been 18 months and I continue the grain free lifestyle and the bonus is I have lost 30 pounds and my weight has been stable for the last six months.

A very well rounded experience! This clinic has doctor, naturopathic doctor, nutritionist, psychologist, RN all in one. It's a wonderful blend of western and eastern medicine. This makes me feel safer and more taken care of since they'd understand my issues from different perspectives. Highly recommend.

Definitely, a 5 star review and even higher! Was counseled by Dr Grace (mostly) and some other Healthcare Providers at AFM and was able to bring my Hemoglobin A1C down to 6.6 and decrease my cholesterol values. After having Diabetes all these years my A1C was going higher and higher, so very fortunate to be able to get my Diabetes under control and clean out my cells. I would recommend to all to get health under control, especially as we get older!! Thank you to all the staff at AFM...you are awesome! With Gratitude, Kerry

My experience with Advanced Functional Medicine truly changed my life. I am a 55 year old woman with what I thought was a reasonable diet and moderate exercise program, but I felt awful. My primary care physician said my blood work was fine, but I was two points away from being pre-diabetic and my kidney function was declining year by year. Now that I am on the AFM program I have more energy, my eczema has subsided, my incontinence has subsided and I overall feel so much better!

AFM is a team of professionals who helped me get healthy again from the root. I have struggled with fibromyalgia for years to come and find it was not really fibro. After extensive testing my symptoms are now under control, cholesterol is down, blood pressure is normal, reversed prediabetes plus stiffness and pain in my joints are gone. I have more energy without caffeine and my skin seems to be glowing. All with an added benefit, loss of 14 lbs. This all did not come without many changes to my diet, supplements, guidance and support from the team. But after you start feeling and seeing the results and know what your body does and doesn't need, you will stick with it! The main reason for going on this program, after the free dinner seminar, was that I realized I needed help to find what was going on in my body. Before starting different supplements to see if they worked or not, I knew exactly after the testing what I needed. Thanks to this team and Sara who helped me with a better functioning body!
