I was gifted a prenatal massage at my baby shower and let me tell you that it was AMAZING not only is it SO clean in there but also everyone is SO nice and makes you feel so so comfortable!! The only slot they had available was with Clloyd and omg is he amazing!! Made me feel so safe and comfortable and the whole experience was just 100/10! Definitely recommend going, especially pregnant mamas or newly postpartum moms, definitely worth it!

I had my first massage today with Kaylan and I had an amazing experience! I felt welcome the second I walked in, the receptionist was kind and answered all of the questions I had! My massage was so relaxing and Kaylan was awesome! She was very attentive the whole time, making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I would recommend Kaylan and Advanced Massage to anyone and I look forward to my next appointment!:)

I had been a regular client here for years, but after my last massage I’ve cancelled all future appointments. The student was 15 minutes late, applied no pressure despite repeated requests, then positioned me in a way that left me with severe back and neck pain. I’ve since had to pay out of pocket for chiropractor visits. When I first reached out, the manager offered an apology. It was only after I prompted again for a refund and requested discussion on how we can make things right again, that I was offered just the refund or more time with a student — which feels counterproductive given the circumstances. My concerns about the chiropractic costs and the seriousness of the injury were dismissed multiple times. It’s been two weeks and I am still waiting to hear from Carla, the owner of all clinics. After years of being a loyal client, this lack of accountability and care is extremely disappointing. I can no longer recommend this clinic.

The staff are very friendly. I schedule my massage therapy sessions on a monthly basis. Benjamin consistently delivers exceptional service. I feel improved and more relaxed.

I have never had a massage before, unsure why as I have always had the benefits with work....anyways I decided to check out Advanced Massage Therapy for my first time massage and I'm grateful I did. The employees are very kind and respectful. As for the massage itself, I attended a one hour full body and I felt like a new person and now i will continue regular massages whenever possible. I always felt my privacy and comfort was their top priority and they never made me feel otherwise. Just want to say thank the employees at the Plessis location for being just awesome. See you all next time 👍
