I had went to get a mani and pedi. The place is amazing, staff are super super friendly and the atmosphere was great! I would love to give a special shout out to Kimberly. She was absolutely amazing and I will never forget my first experience here. Despite the mall getting pepper sprayed, the staff still managed to work through the horrible incident (that was resolved asap). Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!!!

We just got pedicures my daughter and Iand after we were done we spent 40 mins in flip flops in the mall - and they were still mush, we went to ask for a credit on a future appointment on just the polish, as next time we would have just skipped having any polish done there - and they refused to do any kind of credit/refund - they only offered to redo the polish with the same products, that likely wouldn’t dry again and forcing us to sit there for another 45 minutes when we had a dinner reservation. Horrible customer service, sub par polish! Do not go here for polish! They do not guarantee polish from the moment they do it (they pointed to a sign!)

So the lady cut my finger, then they were adding stuff on to my son's pedicure, without first asking if i wanted the extra cost. Such lousy customer service. Never going back. Lots of "extra cost" that they do NOT make clear. Such a ahitty quality of nails, not even smooth or nicely done nail polish. I would never suggest going back here.

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon and just had to share! I brought my entire family in for a pampering day—my two sisters, my mother, and both of my grandmothers. The staff was absolutely fantastic and handled our large group with so much patience and care. It’s not often you find a place that can make everyone, from teenagers to grandmothers, feel so comfortable and happy, but they did! We all wanted something special and a bit unconventional, and the artists here delivered. Every single person in my family left with a beautiful, creative set of nails that perfectly matched their personality. We were all thrilled with the results. I must give a huge special thank you to my technician, Jen. She is a true artist. She was incredibly skillful, precise, and understood exactly the unique and "edgy" (phá cách) look I was going for. She created a design for me that was absolutely stunning and truly one-of-a-kind. I can't stop looking at my nails! We all left the salon feeling so happy and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for creative, high-quality nail art!

I got a gel nail refill here. The chairs are so comfortable and the staff is very experienced. I had Kathy do my nails, and she was wonderful. She paid great attention to the shape and thickness. The end result was a great set of nails. I highly recommend this place! I'm going to be back to get my feet done.
