I booked my first head spa experience over the holidays after seeing the reviews and it lived up to the expectations and more!!! Kim is the sweetest human being ever. Not only does she have magical hands, she has a real calming presence... I booked the premium experience and I wish I still lived in Winnipeg still so I could go back multiple times through out the year! I'll have to make it a treat everytime I'm back home. I almost feel asleep during the procedure. Thank you so much Kim for everything and I'll see you this summer! 🤍

Had an amazing experience at Queen Head Spa. Kim was really good, very professional and attentive. The service was excellent, and I was fully satisfied with the treatment. The place itself is also very nice, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend

Was very impressed with the service! A relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in. Compared to a head spa I did out of a nail salon, this was 10x better. The premium package offered was incredibly relaxing, with a facial, and sheet face mask while the head massage/hair mask was applied. Highly reccomend the hot stone massage during the treatment. Heating pads and warm blankets were given during the treatment, as well as a warm robe afterwards when having the foot soak and blow try, plus water and yummy snacks! Was very happy to support a local business and have such a pleasant experience. If you're going to try a head spa, I highly reccomend queens head spa. Hopefully in the future they become busy enough to offer dual treatments, as it would he a great couples or girls day experience. Kim was incredibly kind during the entire treatment!

After a few months of stressful times at work I was in dire need to take care of myself. Knowing that I would be in Winnipeg for work and in desperate need for self-care, I decided to look up head spa services. After reading all of the positive and rave reviews on the services Kim provides, I booked a deluxe package. Upon arriving at Queen Head Spa, I couldn't help but to notice how beautiful, calm, and welcoming the space is. Kim was kind and inviting and gave me directions of how to get ready and reminded me to turn my phone to silent. I am not much of a talker during spa services because the intent is to decompress. She was very respectful of the and moved through the treatment quietly and extremely skillfully. Her hands are like magic because when I arrived I was carrying so much tension in my neck and shoulders by the time she was finished, she had to help me up because my body was completely drunk with relaxation. I was like and big Ole pile of Jello. We finished off with a foot detox where she also provided some light refreshments. She shared with me that she saw videos and reels of head spas and saw that it was something she really wanted to do. This is absolutely the right career pathway for her because she is exceptional at it. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her beautiful and quaint spa for anyone who needs some super quality self care services and a warm, welcoming, quiet space to decompress. Thank you Kim....and your magic hands. I will see you again.

This was my first experience at a head spa and I can say it will definitely not be my last, especially at Queens Head Spa! Kim was very sweet, easy going and pleasant to speak to. She was very attentive during the service and made sure I was comfortable. I love that she offered refreshments and snacks while my feet soaked and she blow dried my hair. I was very impressed for it being a home based business. I will be back Kim!! :)
