I've had a positive experience with Aerotek San Jose and I'd recommend giving it a try.
I was hired for an engineering role through Aerotek (Contract-to-hire). My recruiter, Gabriela, was very professional and obliging throughout the interview and hiring processes. She also showed interest in helping me with different opportunities that fit my qualifications!
Another good thing is that I always got a quick response with any questions I had.
The hiring process is the usual, I had two phone interviews and an onsite interview with the hiring manager.
All information and details about the position are available online, since onboarding is done on aerotek's platform, which only takes about 1-2h.

This was my first experience with Aerotek and its been nothing but smooth sailing so far. I found out a high school friend of mine Gabriela was a recruiter for the company. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help find a role that would not only cater to my strengths, but a position that I could also learn and benefit from. Ive enjoyed my time working with Aerotek and would definitely recommend them to a friend or family.

I had the pleasure of working with Denette Perez in helping me find a job that would serve as the starting point of my career. She took the time to schedule an appointment to meet in person to understand what my skills and interests were to find a job that best suited me. After helping me land a job, she still checked up with me in person to see how I was doing. It was clear that she had a passion for helping other people and interest in their lives outside of work. She is one of the best recruiters I have worked with and all the other recruiters I have come across from Aerotek have a welcoming attitude that strive for others to excel in their career paths.

Areotek is one of the best agency help you out to find jobs. I have experience with them more than 10 years. People who work there are very helpful and supportive. I should thank Alex who is the one in San Jose office and found me a job that I like and I never forget his kindness. Because of his support I am happy today and I have a very good bonding with my job.
Alex is very responsive to all my questions and overall I should say that I am proud that areotek has such wonderful employees like Alex and Ariana . I had a terrible experience with Aerotek. They offered me a position and continued to post pone contract signing for 3 whole weeks, while assuring me that everything was absolutely fine and I had nothing to worry about. I resigned from my position since I was offered a new one. After 3 weeks I was told the position was no longer available. This happened the first week of December, but my recruiter Rita, said that she would wait until the next year to help me look for a new position. They put me in a terrible financial position, left me out of work, and took zero responsibility. I don't recommend Aerotek.
