⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Six stars if I could Steve absolutely saved my gaming PC. Another shop told me I needed to replace major parts and was ready to charge me a lot of money, but Steve actually took the time to diagnose the real problem instead of just throwing parts at it. He figured out what was wrong, fixed it properly, and got my PC running perfectly again — no unnecessary replacements, no upselling, no nonsense. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything in a way that made sense, and treated my setup as if it were his own. My system is running better than it has in a long time. Honest, knowledgeable, and skilled — exactly what you want when trusting someone with a gaming PC. If you want real troubleshooting instead of being told to buy parts you don’t need, Steve is the guy. I won’t take my PC anywhere else. Jake

5 Star service right away!!! Do not hesitate to use these services! I had a power issue with my gaming PC. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself. I even change out my power suppy. Still had no power. I setup and appointment and was met at the counter by Steve. We talked about my issue and discussed my options. Steve let me know i was on the right track but just needed to use the new wiring that came with my new PSU. He mentioned if I had any more issues to bring it right back. I greatly appreciate Steve's willingness to troubleshoot and provide his expert advice. I will return with any and all computer issues in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I cannot say enough good things about Affordable Computer Repair in Bellevue, NE. Steve was absolutely fantastic from the very first conversation to the final follow-up. He took the time to truly listen, asked the right questions, and clearly understood the issue without any confusion or rushed assumptions. What really set Steve apart was his transparency. Pricing, timelines, expectations — everything was explained clearly and honestly, with no surprises whatsoever. That level of integrity is becoming far too rare these days, and it was genuinely refreshing. When the work was complete, Steve went above and beyond by personally confirming with both me and my wife that everything was finished. That small but thoughtful touch ensured we weren’t left waiting or wondering, and it speaks volumes about his professionalism and respect for his customers’ time. I got a same day appointment at Affordable Computer Repair and Steve was very patient and took his time assessing my computer, working through and explaining what he was doing and why, to help me with my issue. My computer ended up being fine and it is a Facebook issue, which he is unable to fix, but it was definitely not due to a lack of trying! I appreciate his kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend them! Very knowledgeable!

Steven at Affordable Computer Repair is outstanding! My son’s PC suddenly wouldn’t power on, and since he uses it for both gaming and college classes, we needed it fixed quickly. I expected to have to leave the PC for a few days, but Steven saved the day and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in about 15 minutes — and he even had the part in stock. It’s clear why his shop has earned so many Best of Omaha and Best of Bellevue awards. Steven is highly skilled, efficient, and also incredibly friendly. He made the entire process stress-free and felt like someone we had known for years. As a military family, we also truly appreciated the discount he offers. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and personable computer repair, Steven at Affordable Computer Repair is the one to trust. Go see him on Mission, next to Dairy Queen!
