⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Six stars if I could Steve absolutely saved my gaming PC. Another shop told me I needed to replace major parts and was ready to charge me a lot of money, but Steve actually took the time to diagnose the real problem instead of just throwing parts at it. He figured out what was wrong, fixed it properly, and got my PC running perfectly again — no unnecessary replacements, no upselling, no nonsense. He clearly knows his stuff, explained everything in a way that made sense, and treated my setup as if it were his own. My system is running better than it has in a long time. Honest, knowledgeable, and skilled — exactly what you want when trusting someone with a gaming PC. 5 Star service right away!!! Do not hesitate to use these services! I had a power issue with my gaming PC. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself. I even change out my power suppy. Still had no power. I setup and appointment and was met at the counter by Steve. We talked about my issue and discussed my options. Steve let me know i was on the right track but just needed to use the new wiring that came with my new PSU. He mentioned if I had any more issues to bring it right back. I greatly appreciate Steve's willingness to troubleshoot and provide his expert advice. I will return with any and all computer issues in the future.

I got a same day appointment at Affordable Computer Repair and Steve was very patient and took his time assessing my computer, working through and explaining what he was doing and why, to help me with my issue. My computer ended up being fine and it is a Facebook issue, which he is unable to fix, but it was definitely not due to a lack of trying! I appreciate his kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend them! Very knowledgeable!
