If you’re looking for authentic flavors, Aguacates Mexican Cantina is the spot. The carne asada was the star of the show—perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender. We also ordered a variety of tacos, and every single one was great. We started with the guacamole, which was super fresh and hit the spot. To top it off, the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

First time here! My Son, friends and I came here to eat before the Rave amd we were all pleasantly impressed. Our server was accommodating even to spend some effort to get the Penn State game on for me. Most of us took the next day's meal with us! I would S😮 go back again and recommend! ✌🏾😁 Robert

I came here with two of my friends, it was our first time. Our waitress was great. Shout out to her (she didn't tell us her name). We all got various chimichangas, as well as calamari for the table (Don't get that, rubbery and burnt). The chimis..... delish. The seasoning on both the chicken and beef was good. One friend also got the birria ramen, also fantastic. We will all be going there again.

We visited Aguacates on a Friday evening around 6 PM, expecting we'd have to wait a while, as you usually do most places. Nope - we were seated within 3 minutes of walking in the door, and had service ready to take our order within 10 minutes. Food didn't take long at all to come out, was extremely fairly priced compared to other places, and was delicious. I got the Burrito Villa which was more than worth the price of admission. Our waitress was also absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back here again!

The atmosphere is so fun and inviting, the food was phenomenal... I haven't had Mexican food this good in years! The ONLY thing that I think is overpriced are their alcoholic drinks. I paid $12 or $13 for a standard sized strawberry daiquiri and my husband's strawberry margarita was $15 (that drink was huge though). Otherwise, a great evening out!
