I designed my fiancée's engagement ring with Angus and Aaron from AHW Studio. From the get-go, they were helpful, responsive and provided excellent value. They helped me at every step of the ring creating journey and I had lots of fun during the process! I first came in store in mid-2024 to get some tips on what I should look for in the stone (my plan was to purchase it on a trip overseas). They gave me an idea of what I should look out for, size, cut, colour, clarity and origin. Then a few months later, in early-2025, I brought the stone in, they worked with me on my desired design and provided digital mock-ups of what it would look like. From there, they took the stone, crafted a beautiful setting, and that was it! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful, bespoke ring to come and have a chat with Angus & Arron at AHW.

I discovered AHW a few years ago on my first trip to Sydney and initially stopped by the Strand Store. We were really surprised by how reasonably priced and customisable such unique jewellery could be. Angus is super helpful in finding exactly what you want, making alterations quickly and changing the stones to suit our needs. We went away with 3 rings on that trip! On heading back to the UK we purchased more online and then a couple of years later I was lucky enough to come back to Sydney and made AHW my first stop. Another 3 rings and a necklace later I wanted to point out that still, after all this time and out of all the places I travel (I’m cabin crew so I get all over!) this is the most reasonably priced shop with amazing quality and service. I’ve never found anything like the items AHW produces and I genuinely can’t wait to see what comes out in the 2026 collections. Thanks to Angus and the team for being so helpful.

These guys are legit the greatest and most unique in the industry. Plus you are dealing with the owners when you shop which gives a real personal touch. I needed to replace my wedding ring and wanted something no one else would have. The guys took me on the design journey and allowed me to add my personality to the design. I wanted the ring to be platinum as I’m not gentle so I wanted something that would last. The final product is a beautiful hammered platinum signet with a raw chasm of yellow gold running through the centre, housing an Australian sapphire.

Ordered a custom piece for my boyfriend and worked with Aaron at AHW back and forth for quite a few weeks to bring it to fruition! He was absolutely wonderful and made every single wish I wanted for the ring come true. It was such a special experience and the final piece was absolutely beautiful. I had also ordered a couple pieces from their catalogue a while ago, and my boyfriend absolutely loves the designs! Will very likely partner with Aaron again for future pieces!

An excellent studio with exceptional customer service. Angus was extremely helpful with fitting and advice as to the two pieces I purchased. They’re high quality and very detailed silver pieces. They were very happy to organise a resize no questions asked once I’d had some wear from the heavier piece - Oro proud Rex which is really sick! - once my hand cooled later in the day and the fit wasn’t perfect. Cannot recommend enough. Classy, unique, and customer focused service. Check em out.
