Fantastic experience having a new split-system installed by AirFit. The booking was quick, Matt provided detailed information on the best models for my property, and they left the job site cleaner than they found it. The new aircon has been running like a dream during a heat wave. Would highly recommend using AirFit.

Matt and his team have been wonderful to deal with. Their willingness to help during unforeseen circumstances and follow through by liaising with manufacturers and keeping you informed was very reassuring. They have set themselves apart from the rest by doing their absolute best when it comes to service delivery and honouring warranties which is just as important as the sale. Businesses that follow through with warranties and work with clients like Matt has with his team are the ones that should be given preference rather than those that just cause you grief in the process. Matt’s knowledge and genuine commitment to finding the right solution for our home gave us complete confidence from the start. His team arrived on time, and worked efficiently with attention to detail when installing our two Mitsubishi split systems. They were courteous and professional throughout the whole process. We’re so thrilled we chose Airfit for our split system install! Matt was so quick to get in touch with a quote after we reached out, and the team was here in less than a week installing the unit. The install crew were great - super knowledgeable whilst also asking for our opinions before they proceeded, really lovely and friendly, and probably left our toddler’s room cleaner than it was to begin with! We felt so well looked after, and we loved that Matt checked in with us after a few days of using the unit before he’d be happy to send us the final invoice for payment. Everything was so reasonably priced, too! Truly couldn’t recommend them more - thanks guys!

Its a beautiful blessings to have Matt and his teams for their excellent and professional service they had done by putting up two of Mitsubishi systems in my home. Matt experienced and expertise has made the whole process easy, only by online video call for the customer convenient and its done. Everything is quality and genuine honest price. The teams had mounted non vibrations brackets on the brick walls, it looks neat and tidy. They are extremely professional, and the boys were cleaned up afterwards and they were really well spoken, polite and have a good manners. May your company will continuously thriving, Matt!!
