Valentina did an amazing job on our place. She arrived promptly and got to work immediately. She was very professional and courteous. Her cleaning was thorough and we couldn't be happier. I dont think it's been as clean since we moved in so thanks Valentina!

Unfortunately I’ve had to edit my review. While our initial deep clean was great, we set up a regular clean afterwards and have been disappointed. We booked 4 cleans with 3 different cleaners. The first 2 cleaners, while lovely, didn’t do a very good job: I asked them to focus on kitchens & bathrooms but they left without wiping the benches or vacuuming the floors in these spaces, and in one case they entirely missed a bathroom. The 3rd cleaner just didn’t show up despite confirming the day before, didn’t reply to my messages or give me any notice. To the company’s credit they were always quite helpful when trying to resolve the issues but at the end of the day, the cleaners weren’t very professional. Unfortunately I’m no longer comfortable recommending them. Original review: Really great experience. I booked an 8h deep clean. I’d booked similar with another agency, paid more, and it wasn’t very good, so I was a little nervous - but I shouldn’t have been. The cleaner was excellent, had great communication about my priorities and left our place looking great. I also really appreciated the ease of online booking. Thank you!

I was gifted a voucher to inner city maids for my baby shower. What an gift! The service was excellent from booking through to cleaning. Michelle did an amazing job on our bathroom, providing a detailed clean. She was also really friendly, arrived on time and easy to communicate with. We'd absolutely have her back again.
