(Melbourne) Liam and Jackson from Little Red Truck were punctual, expert and methodical in their work, pre-assessed the scenario and gave good advice to optimise time, trips and space. They were polite and simply great guys. They helped us move very large and heavy furniture out of our home and into storage in a swift well executed relocation. I’ve been busy with settling into my new home that I’m leaving a review a week late! But that really shows how much I appreciated the help from Atlas and Nick during my move. They were awesome to work with. They made the move easy and if anything ‘fun’! The place I was moving out of was tricky as they only had stairs, I was on the second floor and to top it off, there were curved stairs. But Nick and Atlas had a look and really just got onto it without a doubt. Their confidence and such care towards my belongings made me to instantly trust them. I really hope I won’t need to move again, but if I do! I know I’ll be reaching out to LRT team again! And of course, recommend them to friends and families. LRT, thank you so much for your help! My family was able to overcome our ptsd of moving thanks to you! And lastly, thank you to Leah, Peter, and other office staff who answered my gazillion questions. Thank you!
The LRT team was absolutely wonderful to work with through communications with the team at the office to the movers! They speak through everything with clear explanations and kindly answer questions every time as I had been anxious about our move in and were happy to help adjust the list before the move as we had to swap things around a few times. Alex and Oscar who helped me out today worked so efficiently and with care with tricky corners or fragile items and were very lovely to work with! The move out was a tricky situations but the guys pushed through and were very kind and understanding when parking situations were whack. Would 10/10 recommend working with the LRT team for future moves.
An incredible moving experience with Little Red Trucks. Customer service via call was outstanding. The first interaction with LRT alone had me convinced to go with them. They are incredibly knowledgeable in all things moving, which really helped with my anxiety. We chose the hourly rate and had four incredible people help us move our things. They were superb: communicative, so friendly, professional, efficient. No complaints whatsoever, we knew we were in good hands. The move ended up being much quicker than expected as well. Shout out to Sean, Oscar, AJ & Christopher who made this experience so positive! I know if I ever need to move again, I will 1000000000% reach out to Little Red Trucks!
