Paid for the family 90min play, to then be told our 3 year old can't be on the trampolines , she was absolutely happy and fine with my husband. She then went in to the softplay to play and we were told to take her out because she needed a different band for that. Very disappointing to be met with staff that think they have very high authority but are happy to dance instead of doing their job. I'd give 0 stars but thats not an option. £60 is a lot of money to pay for children un able to play freely.
Staff were friendly helpful and very accommodating. Booked here fir my daughters 7th birthday and her words were that was the best birthday ever all the kids loved it adults enjoyed themselves too plenty seating nice and spacious. Will definitely be going back again
Brilliant place, great staff and incredible fun for the kids, ahem... and the adults too. Glen, the manager, in particular was awesome, going out his way to help my son celebrate his birthday, a year on from previously having booked, but unable to use the booking due to a bad injury to my son. Kids had a great time, good pizza and slushies. Thanks again Airhop!
Had my sons birthday party here yesterday. Easy to book, add on addional food. Staff called to confirm everything before. Very polite & helpful staff at the venue. Kids had a great time and special mention to our party host who was fantastic! Pizzas were lovely as was the party room. Thank you.
We have been to Airhop/jump in lots of times in the past, and always had a great time, not many with my youngest son who has additional needs and not normally there on a Sunday. The staff every time we have went there, have been so kind, helpful & great customer service overall. But I can’t tell you how much today meant to us. Today we had a session booked at around 3pm and was served right away by Summer who was just so lovely and helpful through out the check in process. My son had a meltdown not long into my son and his sisters visit and Summer was so sweet, she made sure me and my son were okay and got Lisa her manager who was also just incredible. They informed us of the sen sessions & when it’s quieter to visit out with of that & more, which is so so helpful. They very kindly gifted my son treats to help him feel better, and even gave my daughter a little sweet. They made sure my daughter and myself and my partner were okay, offered so much support and much more. They truly went above and beyond for not only my son, but us all as a family. They offered hugs & done everything they could to make my son smile and keep him calm, they showed such care and kindness that I’ll forever be grateful for. Wish I could fit everything they did for us today in one post. They were just overall wonderful people, I can’t thank you both enough🥹🖤
