I would say, knowing how much money Alabama power makes, this is one of the most depressing customer service places I ever visited. So uninviting, gloomy, with weird setup and not very friendly employees. I must admit , visiting Jefferson county courthouse, paying for a tag, was more exciting and employees were much nicer. Kind of embarrassing for Alabama power....

They claim to offer installation, but when they delivered stove they would not install it.

Need more help but they are always willing to help the customers! This location has never been reported for anything negative. These folks need to be rewarded for their standard of excellence.
